General Information
All orders are shipped from Whitby, Western Australia.
When you place an order with us, you are responsible for the shipping costs as well as any other duties or taxes that may apply. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any change of address should be sent directly to hello@slickapparel.com.au
This must be done before your order is dispatched.
Australia Wide Shipping Rates
- Standard - $10.95 AUD (3-7 Business Days) - FREE on all orders over $150 AUD
- Express - $15.95 AUD (1-3 Business Days)
Please note, the delivery time frame does not include processing times.
International Shipping
Currently, International shipping is only available upon request. Please contact us at hello@slickapparel.com.au if you would like to place an International order.
Processing Time
We aim to have your order out the door no later than two days after you have placed your order and payment has been received.
Local Pick Up
We offer a local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. Please ensure you select this option at checkout if you plan to pick up locally in Perth, WA. Please provide a current mobile number so we can contact you if needed.
Local collection is available at any Perth Motorplex Speedway event. All orders can be picked up from the Williamson Racing Team #24.
RETURN POLICY
To Make an Exchange:
Send us an email at hello@slickapparel.com.au with your order number in the subject line so we can help you quicker.
We understand that one size doesn’t suit everyone, and you may prefer a different fit or style. We’re more than happy to offer an exchange for another size or colour, or provide a store credit if that suits you better.
If you’re located within Australia, we’ll provide a free return label for you to attach to suitable packaging and lodge with Australia Post, ensuring your item is returned to us safely.
Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide a store credit or arrange a product exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
We reserve the right to refuse an exchanged based on the following conditions:
- Items are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Items with strong smells, visible blemishes, or any human/animal hair.
- Items that have been damaged due to improper packaging when returning an item.
